Flexible Work Resources for Workplace Designers

OK, you've agreed that much work of the work your company does can be done more efficiently on a flexible location basis. You now the new systems and business process, and HR policies you need to bring in to support Information Age flexible working.

But what about the office? Still serried ranks of workstations, and private offices for the managers - all of them heavily underused.

Rightly you say workers need to meet face-to-face, for team building, creative activities, supervision. But does your workplace really help those kind of activities?
