Flexibility partners

Who are they and why are they interested?

Flexibility is a collaborative not-for-profit venture set up by two companies specialising in flexible work, HOP Associates and Swiftwork, who are the Flexibility Founding Partners.

We are also joined by partners who sponsor particular events and publications.

SwiftWork is a one stop resource for flexible working. Services include consultancy to organisations on flexible working policies and work-life balance issues; recruitment of professionals seeking flexible work options; a directory for freelancers; financial services and other products for the self-employed.

HOP Associates, formerly publishers of Flexibility, is a consulting firm specialising in all aspects of "working in the information age".  In particular HOP unites the facilities, technology and human resource agendas of its clients around a shared vision of business transformation through technology and new ways of working.  HOP has invested in a number of IT-based tools to facilitate the business justification of radical change programmes.
Peoplespace is a specialist workplace design consultancy, providing support and leadership for the creation of working environments that promote and assist the full benefits of flexible working.

A strong business case for new ways of working is offered, through integrated work environment design and worklife/workstyle strategies, delivering significant property cost savings at the same time as improving efficiencies and productivity.

With a unique approach Peoplespace makes space and cost saving opportunities available to office areas of all sizes (even for the most traditional work styles).

Services and advice includes feasibility studies, space planning, property restack strategy, interior design, furniture specification, budget and business case preparation and project leadership.

Peoplespace also connected with the Worklife Centre, which is a showroom and a provider of the physical tools required to support new ways of working, including furniture and technology.
